Privacy Notice
Last updated: 20 July 2026
This notice explains how Latitude60 Ltd handles personal information when you use here4claims.uk, browse the solicitor directory or follow a tracked referral link. The callback form is currently unavailable to the public and does not accept submissions.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
This site is brought to you by Latitude60 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14841042. Its registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Latitude60 Ltd is the controller for the first-party website-operation, security, directory and referral-attribution processing for which it determines the purpose and means.
Here4Claims is a trading style of First4Lawyers Limited. First4Lawyers Limited is a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for regulated claims management activities concerning personal injury, medical negligence and employment-related claims. Its firm reference number is FRN 835374.
If a callback service is enabled and you choose to use it, Latitude60 Ltd will be the controller for collecting and transmitting the information you provide. First4Lawyers Limited will become a separate controller when it receives that information and will handle it under its own privacy policy.
2. Information collected when you use the website
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, user agent, date and time, requested page, error information and security signals.
- Visit and referral information: landing page, referring page, pages or links used, source or campaign information, and identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid or msclkid when they are present in the URL.
- Cookie and session information: first-party visit and session identifiers used to keep the site reliable and understand the source of a visit or enquiry. See the Cookie Policy.
- Directory information: the solicitor directory uses professional and office information obtained from the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s published data. It is not collected from visitors to the directory.
3. Callback form
The callback form is currently gated and does not accept public submissions. Latitude60 Ltd is therefore not currently collecting names, telephone numbers or email addresses through that form.
Before the form is enabled, the information shown with it and this Privacy Notice will be updated to explain exactly what is collected, the applicable lawful basis, any required special-category condition, who receives the information and how long it is retained.
Please do not send claim details, medical information or documents to Latitude60 Ltd.
4. Why the information is used
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
- to provide and update the solicitor directory and investigate technical correction reports;
- to understand how a visit reached the site, prevent abuse and reconcile referral records; and
- to comply with legal, accounting, regulatory and information-security obligations.
5. Lawful bases
Latitude60 Ltd relies on legitimate interests to operate and secure the website, maintain the directory, prevent abuse, understand referral sources and reconcile referral records. These interests must be balanced against visitors’ rights and expectations. Where the law requires consent for a cookie or similar technology, that requirement is separate from the data-protection lawful basis described here.
Visiting a page about medical negligence may show an interest in that subject. Latitude60 Ltd does not use page-view or referral information to diagnose, infer or assess anyone’s health.
6. Who information is shared with
- First4Lawyers Limited, if you choose a tracked First4Lawyers referral route or, if later enabled, submit a callback request;
- hosting, security, database, technical-relay and support providers involved in operating the site and delivering a request;
- professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where disclosure is necessary and lawful; and
- an acquirer or successor if the relevant business or website changes ownership, subject to applicable data-protection law.
First4Lawyers may introduce you to an independent solicitor. The solicitor’s own privacy information will explain how it handles your information. You are free to choose another solicitor.
7. Third-party services
Some solicitor pages display Google Maps content. Loading an embedded map allows Google to receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may allow Google to use cookies or similar technology. Google’s own terms and privacy information apply to that service.
8. How long information is kept
Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy. Routine technical, security and referral-attribution records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the site, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, reconcile referrals and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. The period depends on the record type, whether an investigation or reconciliation issue remains open, and any applicable legal requirement. First4Lawyers applies its own retention arrangements to information it receives.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, and receive information in a portable form. If Latitude60 Ltd asks for consent to any future processing, that consent may be withdrawn without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
For a request about website, directory-attribution or relay information handled by Latitude60 Ltd, write to: Data Protection, Latitude60 Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Please give enough information to identify the relevant record, but do not include claim details or medical documents. For information held by First4Lawyers, use the contact route in its privacy policy.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The ICO recommends raising the issue with the relevant organisation first.
10. Security and automated decisions
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Latitude60 Ltd does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website, referral route or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest substantive update.
No legal advice is given or implied on this website.
